We are in search of a Civil Site Development Engineer with 4+ years of related experience (ideally in the Puget Sound area). The ideal candidate will either possess a P.E. license or be actively working towards obtaining one.

In this role, the Civil Engineer will play a pivotal part in supporting our project managers, providing valuable opportunities to enhance their skills across a diverse portfolio of projects. We are looking for someone who is eager to advance their career within a growing company and become an integral member of our dynamic team.

The Civil Engineer will gain exposure to a wide range of projects including K-12 and Higher Education Facilities, Healthcare, Commercial and Office, and more.

This position is a full-time hybrid position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Civil Engineer Essential Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with project managers across all project phases
  • Develop civil site design drawings in coordination with project objectives
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates to support project planning
  • Perform thorough drainage calculations
  • Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive reports
  • Take on additional tasks as needed

Candidate Qualifications and Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Significant experience in Civil3D and stormwater modeling (MGS Flood or WWHM)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Bluebeam for document production and utilization
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective collaboration capabilities
  • Inclination for creative problem-solving
